Rimini: the CAAR in Paris representing all Italian wholesale markets

The president of the CAAR – Centro Agro Alimentare Riminese, Gianni Indino, is in Paris representing all Italian wholesale markets, guest of the French Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron at the Elysée Palace on the occasion of May 1st, International Labor Day and, for the French, also traditional Lily of the Valley Festival.

I am very honored to represent our country’s wholesale markets in this important celebratory event at the Elysée in Paris – says the president of CAAR, Gianni Indino – invited on the occasion of this very heartfelt celebration. French institutions care a lot about this anniversary and also love to invite representatives of the world of agriculture and fruit and vegetable markets to the celebrations, important structures to which they pay considerable attention. It is the CAAR of Rimini’s turn to represent Italy at this prestigious event as organizer of the WUWM, the World Conference of Wholesale Markets which will be held at the Palacongressi in Rimini from 30 October to 1 November. This is therefore a further step towards the global event, but also a recognition of CAAR’s constant commitment to the development of the structure and business. An invitation of great value, a satisfaction for me, but above all a reward for the work of all of us, from the management to the operators and workers of our market. During the two French days, I will also pay a visit to the Paris wholesale market, one of the largest in Europe, where I will meet the president of the WUWM (World Union of Wholesale Market), Stéphane Layani to consolidate relationships and continually develop new opportunities”.
