Conservatory concerts at De Pagave. «This is how the institute opens up to the city»

Nuova Assistenza, the cooperative that manages the De Pagave retirement home for the elderly, opens the doors of the institute, giving rise to a new collaboration with the Cantelli conservatory. «Thanks to the availability and sensitivity of the director of the Conservatory, Alessandra Aina, we have organized a series of musical events – they say from Nuova Assistenza -. The musical program “Music, therapy of the soul” opens on Sunday 5 May at 4.30 pm, with the saxophone quartet “Jazz for Soul”, composed of Giacomo Di Palma (soprano sax), Oliver Puget (alto sax), Christian Giudici (tenor sax) and Mathias Milanolo (baritone sax).

A concert that will span all the seasons of life, moving from tango to blues to classical music, accompanying our guests on a “tour” in which the world of young musicians will compare with that of the older ones. A therapeutic and growth experience for two generations who discover and enrich each other through music.

Other events will then follow: Sunday 19 May, at 4.30 pm, choir “Cantelli’s Flutes” of 10/11 flutes, music by Bach, Mozart, Monteverdi, Bizet, Vivaldi; Sunday 26 May, at 4.30 pm, “Junior Orchestra of the Guido Cantelli Conservatory”, music by Mozart; Sunday 2 June, at 4.30pm, Piano Music with Marco Segato and Francesco Cassago.
