24-hour strike on Monday 6 May 2024 of all lines and services of Autoguidovie Regione Lombardia: methods and guarantee bands.
Autoguidovie strike
The Lombardy Regional Secretariat of OS AL COBAS has joined the 24-hour national sector strike proclaimed by the National Secretariat of OS AL COBAS.
Furthermore, the Lombardy Regional Secretariat of the OS USB Private Work has joined the 24-hour national sector strike proclaimed by the National Secretariat of the OS USB Private Work.
Therefore, on Monday 6 April 2024, a 24-hour stop of all Autoguidovie lines and services is also expected in Pavia.
The guarantee bands
They will be guaranteed trips departing from the terminals and at the times:
- from 5.30am to 8.30am
- from 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Therefore, they could NOT be guaranteed all trips departing in the time slot:
- from start of service at 5.29am
- from 08.31 to 14.59
- from 6.01pm to the end of the service
The motivations
As required by the sector regulations regarding strikes, we inform you that the reasons for the 24-hour strike proclaimed by the OS AL COBAS are: against limitations on the right to strike and abolition of agreements on representation; repeal of entry-level salaries for new hires and salary increases; against privatizations and tenders in the LPT sector; investment and extraordinary hiring plan in all public utility sectors, re-publicisation of companies providing public services; health and safety in the workplace; blocking military spending and sending weapons; against major works and for a plan to secure the territory.
The reasons for the 24-hour strike proclaimed by the OS USB Private Work are: failure to respond to the request for a meeting to negotiate the renewal of the Autoferrotranvieri CCNL.
On the occasion of the last 24-hour strike action, proclaimed also, but not only by the aforementioned trade unions. on January 24, 2024, the percentage of membership recorded during abstention was 43.96%.
