The Police Commissioner of Ragusa, Vincenzo Trombadore, was at the Municipality of Santa Croce Camerina, on the occasion of a conference on attempts to defraud the elderly.
The conference took place at the “Terza Primavera” Day Center – organized by the ACK association and the National State Police Association. At the end of the event the Police Commissioner visited Palazzo del Cigno and then carried out a reconnaissance of the territory and its sensitive points with the mayor.
“I particularly thank the Police Commissioner of Ragusa for the closeness he expresses, on every occasion, to our community. A presence that flatters us and makes us understand how close the State Police is to Santa Croce Camerina with tangible results in terms of security and public order, said Mayor Di Martino.
I had the opportunity to thank Doctor Trombadore for the daily work that the State Police carries out to guarantee the serenity of citizens, for the joint checks carried out in the area and for the constant presence on the occasion of qualifying events for the city. I had the opportunity to discuss with Dr. Trombadore the issues relating to security, also illustrating the administration’s work to improve controls, taking for example the funding obtained from the Ministry of the Interior for the strengthening of video surveillance and the arrival of the license plate control system, the Targa System, which will be connected directly to the Hyblaean Police Headquarters”.
