Hurray! While we can rejoice because the stones on the beaches have remained in place after the (few) winter storms, I wonder why the same beaches have remained without the services promised at the time: free beaches equipped with services, it was said, with the usual persuasive announcements . The only service provided is the solidity of the stones which have more or less remained in place, with exultation, but then I don’t see any work to provide the famous services to the free beach. Indeed: some private beaches are confirmed or appear and some new places to drink and eat are also arriving (the need was felt, as they are still few).
This halfway path is now a constant in Tranese public affairs. Do I want the relaunch of healthcare? Ok but first I’ll have a municipal council to make sure that the PTA becomes a stronger structure. Yes but then? But shouldn’t we aim to eliminate the Protocol, tear it up and start from scratch with the proposal of a new real emergency room plus other now “unmentionable” structures? If you talk about having some department back, party insiders or students or party ras will laugh in your face because now work has started on something else (geriatric facility or clinics that work very well). Let it never be forgotten, including city councilors, that I have heard characterized by good interventions to play on all wheels (those of the citizens who demand services – we want the strengthening of healthcare – and those of the political leaders – yes but the PTA works and we I like it a lot); Don’t ever, I was saying, remember that Trani has a population that doubles in the summer period (now increasingly longer, lasting almost six months) because it should still constitute a tourist attraction, net of the tsunami of pizzerias, bars and restaurants a go go tourist menu and frozen cardboard pizza or Dubai aperitifs (in the cost). In short, we build roads and the potholes reopen after three months; we ask for a new course for healthcare and we wrap ourselves in the circle and the barrel of: we want more but we’re fine with what we have; (loofy Trani people, go to private lessons from the canosini who blocked the closure of their own healthcare system with real protests, not this posh stuff: we want the emergency room but we can’t ask for it because we want the strongest PTA). Between this always being halfway across the ford, this I want but don’t want, all the decisions imposed from above pass by a policy that doesn’t give a damn about the people of Trani and knows that it will always find resigned yesmen in the fragile trench ready to swallow everything. I want elite tourism, but I swallow the wave of places with terraces without even a regulation; I want to defend the environment but I massacre trees; I want to relaunch the Villa and I deprive it of guardians and inflict an infinite construction site on it.
