Dance and running in nature are the protagonists of May 1st in Bitonto

The day dedicated to Workers Day will be characterized a Bitonto by two attractive events for lovers of trail running and dance, both sponsored by the Municipality. In the evocative setting of Woods Of Bitonto the fifth edition of the BiTrail, trail running race included in the national Fidal calendar with bronze classification. The event is organized by ASD Bitonto Sportiva. The race route develops on dirt tracks, all inside the forest, for a total of 15 kilometers and with a height difference of 375 metres. The meeting of the participating athletes is scheduled for 7 am in Mariotto in Lamione, the starting and arrival point of the race, which will start at 9 am.

It will last two days, however Dance Festival “City of Bitonto” organized by ASD DAS Academy (Dance, Art, Entertainment). The program of the event, created on the occasion of the International Dance Day which is celebrated every year on April 29th, includes the holding of annual exams and some dance internships by the students of the DAS Academy in the presence of high-level masters and choreographers. national and international (full day of May 1st and morning of May 2nd at PalaBorsellino) and the final gala with the award ceremony of the most deserving students (afternoon of May 2nd at Traetta Theatre). Access to the final gala is free with invitation.
