Veneto Stars Challenge lands in Paris

Today the presentation of the Venetian project at the UNESCO headquarters

Today, Tuesday 30 April 2024 at 10.30 am, the President of the Veneto Region will launch the VeneTo Stars Challenge in Paris, aimed at young European talents, aged between 18 and 25, who want to present innovative ideas to be implemented through use of spatial data.

Thanks to a collaboration between the Italian Representation at UNESCO and the Italian Representation at the European Space Agency (ESA), VeneTo Stars Challenge will be presented to UNESCO during an event in which the councilor will also participate regional Budget and Digital Agenda, as well as representatives and experts from UNESCO and ESA.

“Space Data for UNESCO Heritage Site Valorization” is the theme of the second edition of the Venetian competition on which young people from Europe will compete, with ideas and projects that will aim to protect cultural heritage and UNESCO sites through the use of data spatial.
