Furthermore, this victory demonstrates that in the metropolitan area of Naples it is possible to plan and build important entities that manage to excel in the South and throughout the country. Congratulations

from me and from the entire Metropolitan City, therefore, to the team, to the President and to the whole club, with enormous gratitude for having given great joy to the fans from Stabia and beyond and for having projected a city like Castellammare onto the big stages”.

The decision to reward the team was taken in the Metropolitan Council. “I welcomed the proposal presented by Councilor Salvatore Flocco during the last session, because it is right to recognize the merits of captain Daniele Mignanelli and his teammates and highlight the triumphal ride of the club chaired by Andrea Langella”, stated the Sports delegate , Colella. “We must congratulate Juve Stabia for the extraordinary success of Gianluca Pagliuca’s boys, who deservedly conquered Serie B, beating battleships such as Avellino, Benevento, Casertana, Taranto and Crotone on the pitch. The city of Castellammare returns to the cadetteria, therefore, after four years: it is an achievement that should be duly celebrated. We too toast with Castellammare, paraphrasing the banner displayed by the fans of Curva B at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium”, concluded Colella.
The ‘gialloblè’ President, Andrea Langella, was enthusiastic about the event on 7 May: “Receiving such a prestigious recognition, after winning the championship – he highlighted – makes me proud.
