VENAFRO – The fortieth edition of the “Feast of the Cross” has been officially postponed to Sunday 12 May due to adverse weather conditions.
“Unfortunately this year too the weather is not kind to us. The weather forecast for Wednesday 1 May – we read in a note from the organizers – is terrible, despite these last sunny and muggy days. Based on this week’s forecast we have decided to postpone the fortieth edition of the “Feast of the Cross” to Sunday 12 May, with the hope of being luckier with the weather and still being able to experience a beautiful day together with all of you. I would like to remind everyone that the routes of Conca Casale and Castello Pandone are clean and equipped with signs along the entire route, in addition to the GPS route that you can find on the event poster. You are free to choose the most suitable route based on your needs and your physical condition. We look forward to seeing many of you on Sunday 12 May, to celebrate this 40th anniversary in the best possible way all together!”.
