According to our analysis, however, it needs some corrections to be able to transform itself into a real prospect in the virtual employment square for Calabrian women and men.

The portal presented by the regional administration has the great advantage of being exclusively managed by the Region and this makes it dynamic in the intersection between job supply and demand but, above all, it can be implemented with the requests of the social partners.
It would be important to establish a preferential channel for female employment in order to land the funding dedicated to Calabrian women.
The regional body, then, has the task of closing the agreements with the municipalities in a short time for the infrastructural adaptation of the Employment Center locations.
It would also be appropriate to create a reserved area of the portal dedicated to young people, possibly structuring it into two groups: 15/22 years and 22/35 years.
In the first there is space for the development of a dual training path: combining school education with practical apprenticeships in companies.
In the second, the promotion of youth entrepreneurship, through tax incentives, bureaucratic benefits and easier access to credit, encouraging the creation of innovative and sustainable start-ups, supporting young entrepreneurs with tutoring and management training programs, signing an agreement with the Calabrian universities to offer these young minds the opportunity to realize themselves professionally and humanly at home.
It is important, then, to involve Calabrian companies in this process, to understand their needs but without forgetting respect for the rules that regulate the world of work in all its aspects, from safety to remuneration.
Last but not least, it would be appropriate to establish the Blen.it portal. The Construction Work Exchange is the system of services, completely free, created to facilitate the meeting between demand and supply of work in the construction sector, which would make the action of the information desk quicker and more effective, avoiding creating a traffic jam of requests that , conversely, would end up paralyzing him.
