The Sports Judge fined the Power Football with the fine of 600.00 euros “for actions contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent actions committed by his supporters, which constitute a danger to public safety, consisting of having thrown, after the end of the match, a firecracker into the playing area. Measure of the sanction in application of articles 6, 13, paragraph 2, 25 and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts, in particular that the firecracker was thrown as one’s team passed by, having noted that no prejudicial consequences had occurred and considered the organizational models adopted pursuant to art. 29 CGS (r. federal procedure, RCC)”.
Also there Virtus Francavilla was sanctioned with a fine of €300.00 “for violent acts contrary to the rules on order and safety committed by his supporters, consisting in having damaged parts of the toilets reserved for them. Measure of the sanction in application of articles 6, 13 paragraph 2, and 26 CGS, having assessed the overall nature of the facts, having noted that the sanctioned club played the match away from home and having considered the organizational models adopted pursuant to art. 29 CGS (RCC – photographic documentation, obligation to pay damages if requested)”.
