Sergio Ferrari reassigns delegations to the Crotone Province

The Province of Crotone is preparing for a new chapter in its administration, with President Sergio Ferrari recently assigning powers to the provincial councilors.

This move aims to clearly delineate areas of competence and responsibility within the provincial administration, setting the stage for tackling future challenges with determination and clarity of purpose.

The delegations assigned reflect the diversity of the issues that the Province of Crotone must face, ranging from the environment and school buildings to the valorisation of the territory, from personnel and general affairs to road infrastructure and mobility. Each provincial councilor takes on a key role in managing specific areas of expertise, thus contributing to the progress and development of the province as a whole.

Fabio Manica, appointed Vice President of the Province of Crotone, he will mainly deal with environmental issues, with a particular focus on waste, reclamation and energy sources, as well as the management of school buildings. Mario Megna will have under his responsibility the personnel, general and institutional affairs, anti-corruption and promotion of the territory. Antonio Ceraso he will take care of public works, roads and road authorisations, while Umberto Lorecchio will manage agricultural policies, production activities, hunting and fishing, as well as technical-administrative assistance to local authorities and technological innovation.

Umberto Lorecchio will be responsible for policies for the enhancement of Agriculture, Productive Activities, Hunting and Fishing, Water Resources, as well as Technical/Administrative Assistance to local authorities, relations with mountain municipalities, PNRR, CIS, Community Policies, Fleet Management, Technological Innovation and Digitalisation.

Vincenzo Raffaele Lagani will be responsible for equal opportunities, civil service and relations with municipalities, while Saverio Punelli it will deal with international cooperation, youth policies and the impactful sports facility sector. In the end, Raffaele Gareri he will be in charge of issues related to tourism, environmental protection and the valorization of villages, as well as the management of immigration and educational and cultural policies.

This redistribution of delegations represents an opportunity to strengthen and optimize the administrative action of the Province of Crotone, ensuring more effective and targeted management of the various areas of competence.
