Abruzzo company produces components for the Ravenna regasifier

An Abruzzo company is supplying components for the construction of the Ravenna regasifier. La Pugliese di Mozzagrogna, in fact, is among the suppliers of the temporary business association that is building the infrastructure intended to increase gas supply capacity for the purposes of national energy security. The lead company is Snam. Saipem, Micoperi and Rosetti Marino participate in the construction of the regasification terminal.

Another Abruzzo company, Simi of Villanova di Cepagatti, deals with the exceptional transport of the poles, between 55 and 70 meters long and weighing from 80 to 150 tons, assembled by the Pugliese mechanical company of Mozzagrogna. Once in Vasto, the parts of the future regasification plant are loaded onto barges that will transport them to Ravenna. The loading operations carried out with two 120-ton cranes and self-propelled vehicles are entrusted to Agemav. When the boats dock in the Romagna port, the structures will be assembled by the Rosetti Marino company, specialized in the construction of offshore plants.

Already in the recent past, exceptional loads had been carried out from the dock of the port of Punta Penna: at the beginning of this year, more than one hundred sections of wind towers destined for Sicily and Sardinia were loaded.
