The sentence of 09.12.2023 in fact confirmed the confiscation already determined by the investigating judge of the Ordinary Court of Catanzaro on 10.28.2021 consisting of a composite series of assets attributable to n. 3 entrepreneurs from Cosenza and Turin believed to be operating under the influence of the ‘Ndrangheta clubs of San Leonardo di Cutro (KR) and Roccabernarda (KR), in the territories of Rome, Velletri (RM), Sellia Marina (CZ), Simeri Crichi (CZ), Montalto Uffugo (CS) and Roccabernarda (KR). With the irrevocability of the sentence, the entire business portfolio of 5 companies and 2 individual businesses active in the commercial sectors, as well as banking relationships and financial resources, for a total value estimated at approximately 500,000 euros, is definitively confiscated.
