Two brothers, his peers, stabbed in front of a bar in Canosa di Puglia, in the north of Bari, and fled, but was then tracked down and arrested by the police. This is a 20-year-old from Cerignola (Foggia) who must answer to charges of attempted murder and illegal possession of a weapon.
The episode occurred on the night between last Friday and Saturday. At the height of a violent argument that broke out ‘for sentimental reasons’, according to what the police reconstruct, the young man pulled out a knife with an 18 centimeter long blade, striking the two brothers several times , also from Cerignola. One of them suffered deep wounds to his face, right arm and hands, so much so that he is still considered life-threatening.
The other young man reportedly suffered more minor injuries. Both were transported to the Bonomo hospital in Andria. The knife, found on the bar table, was seized. The 20-year-old accused of the double wounding was taken to prison awaiting validation of the arrest by the investigating judge of the Trani court.
