Fortunately we have a solid club behind us that allows us to work well, we are betting a lot on young people and we are trying to be increasingly stable in Serie C.”

He changed a team that hadn’t started in the best way, he also brought a different idea of play. We are one of the few teams in this championship with an identity and this is fundamental.”
Cargnelutti and Ciuferri they are two of the talents of the Campania team. This is the point about his present and future: “Cargnelutti is on loan with the right to buy in case of salvation, so he becomes ours in all respects. He is a player who, through no fault of his own, is not playing in the higher category. Ciuferri can be the classic Politano player, in his first year in Serie C he scored seven goals and when Ciuferri isn’t there you can feel the difference. He wasn’t there on Saturday and his absence was felt, for me next year he will play at least in Serie B. For me he is also a suitable profile for a second team, a young player perhaps to be played in Serie C with the prospect of then to bring him to the first team and make him play in Serie A.”
