Casalbuttano (Cremona). The police of the station Casalbuttano they reported for driving while intoxicated and illegal possession of objects capable of offending a man of 28 yearsresident in the province of Bergamo and prejudiced.
As reported by Cremona Eveningthe night of April 28 shortly after 2 am, a patrol engaged in the territorial control service was in the town of Casalbuttano when, on the via Bergamonoticed a car with only the driver on board moving in the direction of Cremona and zigzagged.
The soldiers chased the car, ordering them to stop but the man continued marching for a few kilometres, up to the border of the municipality of Castelverde where he was stopped.
When the military approached the car to identify him, the man was holding a bottle of wine which he attempted to hide in the glove compartment of the car door.
The police also found a telescopic truncheon in the vehicle, behind one of the seats.
The breathalyzer test showed the 28-year-old had a value of approximately 2.00 g/l, four times the permitted amount. The truncheon, the length of 62 centimetres and the port of which is absolutely prohibited, has been subjected to seizure.
The man was reported to the judicial authorities for driving while intoxicated and illegal possession of an offensive object and his license was immediately withdrawn. The car, owned by another person, was entrusted to the owner.
