The man – declared a fugitive on April 4th – had escaped the precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of Naples because he was considered to be seriously suspected of an attempted theft which took place last March in a well-known hotel in via Partenope and of receiving stolen goods since he was found in possession – by the police of the central company and also in the same month – of a switchblade, a key to a car probably subject to theft and various identification documents registered to other people.

Last night the end of the 19-year-old’s inaction who was around Fuorigrotta. The carabinieri, engaged in public order during the Napoli-Roma match, were in Piazzale Tecchio and recognized the 19-year-old. Arrested, he is now in prison awaiting trial.
