He tried to approach some students to sell them cocaine
The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit arrested a 22-year-old of Albanian origins found in possession of drugs near schools in Foligno.
During a control service, the Carabinieri noticed the presence of a boy on a bike who, traveling along the school avenue, was trying to approach some students. Then, realizing the presence of the soldiers, he tried – in vain – to get rid of a package he was holding in his hand and to flee.
The young man was stopped and identified. The package thrown to the ground was recovered and two doses of cocaine were found inside. Furthermore, the 22-year-old was found in possession of over a thousand euros in cash, probably the result of drug dealing.
The Judge of the Court of Spoleto, having validated the arrest, sentenced him to two months and 20 days in prison, also imposing a fine of 800.00 euros on him.
The narcotic was confiscated to be destroyed.
