“Anselmo made a mistake on residential housing”. Scaramagli, again in response to the lawyer Anselmo, underlines that this Council did not act “as an amateur at risk” (as he himself stated) nor “in defiance of the laws and the Constitution” but as “the bearer of the rights and interests of the people of this territory, from a serious, competent and attentive council as it has demonstrated itself in these 5 years”.
