Having introduced myself, I come directly to my proposal as an alternative to yours which seems to look to the past and not to the present and future. And the future is not rejection, but feudal belonging to the metropolitan city of Rome. How can you define a city to which you all belong but which is divided into class A and class B citizens other than feudal? If you belong to the same city you cannot help but be equal in the right to vote and represent and assert your decisive weight. It is a gap that Parliament can fill by bringing together all the provincial territories absorbed by the capitals. The second objective is to allow the metropolitan city of Rome to be competitive with other global cities, especially capital cities, with special status. The example is close to us: in Germany the capital Berlin and 2 other cities, Bremen and Hamburg, are city-landers, city-regions we would say in our country, in direct relationship with the government and Parliament and not forced to beg for help in exceptional events. And all this at a time when Europe is preparing for a preferential relationship with Africa and Rome is the closest capital to act as strategic support, on the Rome-Naples axis, first and foremost in higher and professional education of the training of trainers for the liberation from any dependence on old and new colonialism.
