Great success in Rivotorto di Assisi for the 2024 appointment with the Giro podistico dell’Umbria, a 4-day tour in Umbria to discover the wonders of the cities. Four different stages of a maximum of 10 km to be covered, including the grand finale which took place today, Sunday 28 April, in the Assisi area.
Many athletes from the many sports clubs registered on a beautiful sunny Sunday. As many as 360 runners participated in a sporting event organized by Atletica Capanne and which saw the co-organization of the stage in Rivotorto by the Assisi Runners company.
Many collaborations gave life to the stage at the foot of the Serafica city – with a fascinating route and unique views and scenarios – including the Pro Loco Rivotorto, Rivo Subasio, numerous volunteers. Foligno, Trevi, Passignano and Rivotorto are the four towns involved in the 2024 tour. For a sporting success and with many fans along the streets and alleys to admire the exploits of the many protagonist athletes.
