04/28/2024 – The first play-off semi-final first leg, played on Saturday 27th, at 6 pm, on the Trave pitch between Virtus Fano and Bertuccioli Real Bottega, in front of a truly beautiful crowd, with a large and noisy component arrived to support our boys, she takes the path of Bottega, who clearly outclassed her opponents on the pitch, playing perfect volleyball made up of a lot of sacrifice, application, defense and excellent serves and counter attacks.
Here are the immediate words of coach Marco Romani at the end of the match:
“This evening the boys on the pitch truly played a masterpiece of a match, finally after so many years I leave the Trave gym with an unusual score, a 3-0, which makes me very happy and proud of this team. We led from the first minute until the end, highlighting an incredible determination and defense, therefore, the boys must be absolutely praised, now it will be important to keep this spirit high, and continue to work well in the gym as we did last week. So now head and heart to next week with the return to Bottega at 9pm at Francesca Ricci”.
