The national Best Protection association denounced the institutions for the use of non-approved detectors and a series of other “omissive conduct perpetrated to the detriment of the community”, suggesting that there is room to contest the treasury damage.
THE EXPOSED
The complaint arrived on the desks of the highest officials in the State: from President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella at the Prime Minister Giorgia Melonipassing through i presidents of the Constitutional Court and Cassation. «We ask for appropriate insights and investigations – we read in the complaint – to detect and repress active or omissive conduct to the detriment of the community or individual, taking measures against all those who will be held responsible.” Not only.
