Moments of fear for the guests of theAntares Sport & Wellness hotel Of Villafranca of Veronain Veneto, due to a fire broke out inside the structure on the night between Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th April. The flames apparently broke out from a room on the second floor. About 600 people they were evacuate: No serious injuries were reported.

The flames apparently broke out around 1 am from one second floor roompresumably from the short circuit of a ceiling light, causing a thick smoke which invaded other areas of the hotel.
They arrived on site fire fighters with 4 vehicleswho put out the fire and evacuated the people present in the accommodation facility.

According to reports from veronasera.itthey would have been evacuated over 600 people. The local newspaper The Arena talk about instead 700 people.
After counting the guests and hotel staff, the firefighters ventilated the areas affected by the smoke. After the intervention, the occupants of all the rooms returned in the hotel.
