Another Saturday night full of alcohol in Como and its province. 118 ambulances intervened many times to help those who had drunk too much. It starts early, just before 9pm in Rovello Porro where a 47-year-old was reached near via Marchese Pagani by the Croce Azzurra ambulance due to alcohol poisoning. The Cantù carabinieri were also on site. At 1.30am in Alzate, on Briantea, a 19-year-old was transported, fortunately not in serious condition, to Erba hospital, the reason always the same: too much alcohol. At 3.37 in Via Milano, also in Erba, a new 118 exit for alcohol abuse came to the aid of a 24-year-old, who was also taken to the city hospital. In Cantù, in Piazza Garibaldi, a few minutes before 4 in the morning, the Red Cross intervened for a 22-year-old, still suffering from alcohol poisoning, taken to the city hospital. At 4.34 in Gera Lario the ambulance left again for a 49-year-old who had drunk too much. After treatment on site it was not necessary to take her to hospital.
