Banca di Asti, CR Asti Foundation and CRT Foundation have signed an agreement aimed at the CRT Foundation’s entry into the bank’s capital with a 6% stake, as well as a five-year shareholder agreement.
In the context of the operation, Banca di Asti sold to Fondazione CRT a first tranche of own shares representing approximately 1.77% of the share capital and committed to selling, in several tranches, further own shares representing 4.23 Approximate % of the share capital that is expected to be purchased by the bank on the market in the context of an extraordinary support intervention for the liquidity of the stock.
