LabGraal – Torino Oggi returns to Turin in concert

Return to concert the LabGraal in Turin, Tuesday 30 April at 9.45pm at Blah Blah After the successful tour of their latest album “The Last Shaman” dedicated to Giancarlo Barbadoro, founder of the band who passed away in 2019, appear on stage to present not only the songs from their latest work but also two unreleased songs: “Stop this bloody cruelty”, an animalist song dedicated to animals tortured and killed through vivisection and in the suffering of intensive farming, and “Krummavisur” a song born during a recent trip by the band to Iceland.

The album “The Last Shaman” was released on vinyl in a limited numbered edition of only 500 copies with 11 Keltic Rock tracks, also including a CD containing 8 bonus tracks.

The current lineup consists of Rosalba Nattero (voice); Luca Colarelli (bagpipe and guitar); Andrea Lesmo (bouzouki and keyboards) e Gianluca Roggero (drums).

The production of “The Last Shaman” was carried out by Davide Donvito, while for the mastering the LabGraal flew to Los Angeles to rely on the hands of Tom Baker, winner of 3 Grammys, already with Nine Inch Nails, David Bowie, Stone Temple Pilots, Marilyn Manson, Smashing Pumpkins, Papa Roach.

An album that goes in the more shamanic direction of LabGraal’s music, the continuation of another great work like “Native”. Songs such as Herr Mannelig, sung in the ancient Norse language, or Kan ar Kann, in the Breton language, or Moju Dushu, a song inspired by ancient Siberian ballads, are representative of this work.

The band’s Live Act is recognized internationally, such as the successes and tours in Australia, the States and Brittany but also the opening of the worldwide concert of the 2006 Turin Olympics.

The proceeds from the concert will be donated to animals in difficulty assisted by SOS Gaia.
