The 16th edition of the event ended today Sanremo Dance Festivalclassical, modern, contemporary, fantasy dance, hip hop, ethnic and character dance competition.

85 dance schools and 1,500 dancers performed on the prestigious stage of Ariston Theatreparticipation numbers that are absolutely unique enough to require the support of Casino Theatre to host some of the 400 choreographies planned for the competition. The units and schools come from almost all Italian regions, from France, Brazil, Corsica and Malta. 12 international jurors took turns to judge the competing choreographies: Cinzia di Cioccio, Luciano Di Natale, Lorella Doni, Davide Iacobone, Agnes Lascombes, André Malosa, Francesca Orlando, Margherita De Pieri, Daniele Rommelli, Simone Stella, Cristina Todi, Sergei Vanaev, X-Five.
Positive outcome for an event that has increasingly taken on important importance for tourism promotion. “Several thousand people move around this event, including dancers, choreographers and companions who in this specific case are staying in Sanremo or in the far west”, underlined the councilor Giuseppe Faraldi.
