Robs a bar in the night, reported for aggravated theft

At the end of an investigation, the Carabinieri of the Soncino station reported a man with a police record against him for aggravated theft, held responsible for a theft that occurred inside a bar in Cumignano sul Naviglio.

The story dates back to mid-April. During the night someone had forced a window and entered the room, stealing the money left as cash in the register, i.e. a few hundred euros in coins. The owner himself was the one who realized what was happening, as the alarm had gone off at the time of the break-in. But when he arrived on site, the thieves had already escaped.

The immediate intervention of a Carabinieri patrol, which after the necessary inspections began the investigation, also by viewing the public and private surveillance cameras present in the area and at the entrances to the town. It thus emerged that, at a time perfectly compatible with that of the theft, a car had passed through that area, then moving to a side street.

From the images we could then see the figure of a man, who had arrived in front of the bar, who had climbed over the courtyard fence, only to come out after a few minutes and escape on foot. Shortly afterwards, the car previously filmed passed under the cameras again.

Therefore, starting from the identification of the owner of the vehicle and whoever was using it that night, the complaint for aggravated theft was initiated.
