Last of the regular season for Fiorenzuola who on Sunday (“Piola” Stadium at 4.30pm) will draw up, at least in part, the playout scoreboard in the presence of a Novara who has always beaten the Rossoneri in the Italian Cup and championship matches played up until this moment.
Mister Tabbiani’s team, currently eighteenth with 38 points, is chasing the Piedmontese ahead by two points (40) and Pergolettese, sixteenth with 42 points. For Novara there is still the hope of direct salvation: if the Azzurri were to win and At the same time, Pergolettese losing against a Giana in playoff orbit and Pro Sesto not winning against Pro Patria (already certain of salvation) would start the party for Mr. Gattuso.
