These are the harsh words of Fratelli d’Italia, Forza Italia, Lega, Udc, Sanremo Domani and Andiamo! Which comment in this way on yesterday’s words of the mayor of Imperia and president of the Province: “After the orange world, Action, now also a ‘nostalgic’ Forza Italia (the official one promptly denied this) in which many of the supporters and candidates of Mager were members and held positions. For heaven’s sake some of them have played in almost all the parties of the constitutional arc! The free and pure ‘Magerians’, so to speak, rely on the man who has always had a feudal conception of politics, concentrated exclusively on the city of Imperia to the detriment of Sanremo and the rest of the province”.
Then a new attack on Scajola begins: “We thank the former Minister for the ‘particular’ attention he pays once again to our city. Suffice it to recall the downgrading of the hospital with the loss of strategic departments including the firm opposition to the reopening of the birth center. And now the reasons that pushed candidate Mager to decisively support the entry of the private partner into Rivieracqua appear clear to everyone, a circumstance which, if implemented, would cause serious damage to the local economy and to citizens’ pockets. Finally, we return to the sender the unfortunate and inappropriate considerations on the professional qualities of the mayoral candidates. We are sincerely convinced that Gianni Rolando’s extraordinary skills and great human depth will lead the people of Sanremo to elect him as their Mayor for the next decade”.
