In Casoria, some citizens report to 112 the explosion of gunshots coming from via Achille del Giudice at number 72.
In just a few minutes the carabinieri from the mobile radio section of the local company who were in those parts arrive on site and reconstruct the story.
Shortly before, for reasons that are still unclear but probably linked to poorly tolerated glances, two groups of very young people were arguing. At that point, however, the discussion was interrupted by the sound of 3 gunshots with the subsequent general stampede.
During the inspection the military found and seized 3 blank cartridge cases and began searching for the “armed hand”.
A few steps away from the event, the flashing light scans a small figure hidden among the parked cars. This is a 16-year-old from Casavatore holding a weapon. The tension rises but the coldness of the soldiers allows the evening not to end in tragedy. The weapon is a replica pistol with blanks before the red cap. In the boy’s pockets there are also some doses of marijuana.
For the minor, before being entrusted to his parents, a complaint for aggravated threat and possession of weapons. The 16-year-old was also reported to the prefecture for being a drug user. The carabinieri of the local station together with those of the mobile radio section will obviously communicate the matter to the Prosecutor’s Office for minors and to social services.
