“Linea Verde Life” tells Rovigo

The episode of “Linea Verde Life” will stop in Rovigo, broadcast on Saturday 27 April at 12.25 on Rai 1, together with the hosts Elisa Isoardi and Monica Caradonna.
Rovigo is the first city in the Veneto coming from the South, but perhaps also the least known, capital of the Polesine, a seductive land, the “Little Mesopotamia”, located as it is between the Adige and the Po, the largest rivers of Italy. The program will tell the story of the fascinating Sacca degli Scardovari with its lagoon suggestions, Ca’ Vendramin, the ancient water pump with its industrial archeology heritage and then the Canal Bianco or Fiume di Mezzo, in the heart of Little Mesopotamia.
Rovigo, in its discretion, is a culturally very lively city and the Teatro Sociale and the River Museum demonstrate this. During the episode, the public will also be able to watch a railway test: the train with passive ferromagnetic leavening, on the stretch from Adria to Mestre and there will be no shortage of gastronomic specialties including land and sea asparagus and the recovery of agricultural waste .
