In recent days, staff from the Corigliano-Rossano police station arrested a 36-year-old in the urban area of Rossano, with the Special Surveillance measure in place, for dealing narcotic substances such as hashish.
Upon inspection by the police, the transferred substance was recovered and the subsequent house search made it possible to find both material useful for packaging as well as another quantity of substance.
Subsequently, the man, with a history of crimes against property and persons, was arrested and taken to the Castrovillari district house available to the Judicial Authority.
At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of Castrovillari directed by the Prosecutor Dr. Alessandro D’Alessio, he was notified of an Order with which the GIP of the Court of Castrovillari ordered the measure of precautionary custody in prison.
All this is communicated in compliance with the rights of the suspect (to be considered presumed innocent in consideration of the current phase of the proceedings until a definitive finding of guilt with an irrevocable sentence) in order to guarantee the right to the press
