Two daspos were issued by the Benevento police commissioner against two visiting fans for their behavior during the match Benevento-Brindisi matchplayed last February 4th, and the one between the sorcerers and the Juventus Stabia on April 8th at the Ciro Vigorito stadium.

During the match against the Apulians, by viewing the images from the video surveillance system, the officers identified the Brindisi fan who, from the upper ring of the Curva Nord, had thrown a smoke bomb onto the pitch.

Following other investigations, it was ascertained that the man had been hit several times by the same interdictory measure issued, in 2011 and 2017, by the police commissioners Toasts and of Caserta. Therefore, he was banned from accessing places where sporting events are held for a period of six years with the obligation to appear and sign for two years at the Brindisi police station.

The same ban, but for two years, was issued against another fan during the football match Benevento-Juve Stabiawas found in possession of a flare, hidden between his belt and his team’s scarf tied at the waist, during the control activities carried out before the start of the match.
