The Campania Carabinieri Legion is once again under fire due to the inefficiencies and discomfort that the unhealthy management of the compilation of the known characteristics generates in the military.
Colleagues from all the provinces of the Region report that, more and more often, the circular from the General Command of the Carabinieri regarding compliance with the deadlines for the drafting of the characteristic notes is not observed.
Often, in fact, soldiers find themselves “forced” to sign the characteristic documents even two years after the natural deadline.
This determines the sensation of having a sword of Damocles on the head, because the judgments of the Commanders overlap and the choice on the final judgment never corresponds to the truth, falling, moreover, on the general performance of the last period.
An unhealthy management which shows the principle according to which the compilers, as well as the revisers, do not have the ability to separate the periods under examination, proceeding in evident contrast with the Circulars of the General Command of the Carabinieri – 1st Department – SM – Officers Personnel Office – Rome.
