New acquisitions of documents by investigators at Palazzo di Città. The Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit and the soldiers of the Judicial Police branch of the Guardia di Finanza returned to the Municipality to carry out a series of acquisitions relating to the investigation into assignments and sponsorships which resulted in the issuing of three precautionary measures signed by the investigating judge of the Court of Avellino Giulio Argenio.
The military entered the room of the municipal secretary Vincenzo Lissa again to carry out the order for the exhibition and acquisition of the documents.
Once again, some documents relating to the relationships between the companies awarded the services and the sponsorships have ended up in the investigators’ sights. New acquisition which, however, could be linked to the interrogation given on Tuesday by former mayor Festa before the investigating judge. The three suspects, Gianluca Festa, Filomena Smiraglia and Fabio Guerriero – all under house arrest – are provisionally accused of a series of crimes ranging from embezzlement, misdirection, corruption in the exercise of functions and attempted undue inducement.
