In recent days the Florence police expelled 5 foreign citizens in 48 hours who, in addition to not complying with their residence obligations, had been reported during their stay in Italy for various episodes which resulted mainly in crimes against the person or against the heritage.

The commissioner Maurizio Auriemma has implemented these provisions issued by the Prefect of Florence, arranging for the immediate accompaniment of the relevant recipients to the Repatriation Centers of the Peninsula from where, once the ritual procedures have in turn been completed, they will be accompanied to their country of origin.

Last Monday, a 59-year-old Moroccan, according to what has been reconstructed, in addition to being well known to the city police force, a few days ago allegedly attacked a woman who was in a city hospital. He was expelled

The following day, another Moroccan citizen, this time aged 26, was expelled. The young man, reported in the past also for several aggravated thefts, gravitated to the Castelfiorentino area, where he would have repeatedly attracted the attention of the local police forces as well as the municipal police.

Finally, on 24 April it was the turn of a 45-year-old originally from Togo and two Tunisian citizens aged 28 and 31, all reported several times also in the Tuscan capital where they were without having fulfilled their residence obligations in any way.
