Orientation and inclusion at the hotel institute of Trani

On 04.15.2024 at the “A. Moro” hotel institute in Trani, the inclusion project “H arte in pasta 8” was concluded, curated by the tutor Prof.ssa Larocca Vincenza and the cooking and dining room teachers. Prof. Vincenzo and Lo Russo Simone converse. This project took place with the participation of disabled and able-bodied students of the institute and local middle schools, to develop creative and critical skills in students through manipulative, sensorial-perceptive and expressive activities.
The project path allowed the participants to interact with each other, to acquire the techniques for the coffee shop service, the preparation of cold and hot drinks, the processing and decoration of the various recipes and to improve relational skills through knowledge and respect of the norms of democratic coexistence. This project confirmed the Institute’s openness and collaboration with other educational institutions in the area: the students of the “G. Bovio”, “G. Rocca” and “Baldassarre” Middle Schools, in particular, participated in the activities planned assiduously, demonstrating commendable commitment and enthusiasm.
