House arrest in Foligno for a 19-year-old boy under investigation for having carried out, with threats and harassment, aggravated persecutory acts against an eighteen-year-old schoolmate, after the latter – according to what the Carabinieri report – had expressed her desire to wanting to interrupt their very brief acquaintance. On several occasions the boy allegedly sent the victim messages with threatening content, frequently contacting her on her phone, even through her friends. Again according to what was reported by the police, he also threatened to disfigure her with acid. During the school breaks, it occurred that he spat on her and, without justified reason, he was found in possession of an iron bar, stationed near the school. On one occasion, recently, near the school, once approached, he would have seriously offended and threatened her, also directing insults at her family. The soldiers of the local company carried out the order for the application of personal precautionary measures which had been issued by the Judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Spoleto, at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office.
