“Let’s be clear: everything needs to be redone here, and we are redoing everything”.
Thus the president of the Calabria Region Roberto Occhiuto in a post on his Facebook page. Occhiuto adds, touching on the main issues on the agenda in Calabria:
“Little or nothing works on healthcare. The infrastructures are insufficient, and many need to be built. Tourism must run at the speed of light. Work must be generated and regenerated so as not to let our kids escape. Businesses must be encouraged. Investments must be attracted by any means. Nature has often been mistreated and violated, affecting the beauty of the area in which we are lucky enough to live.”
The President of the Region supports:
“All complex issues, but which we are tackling head-on, trying to bring order to the chaos generated by years of inertia and mismanagement. It’s easy? No, absolutely no. But my team and I are working on everything. On every dossier. We continue to work because Calabria deserves it. Because the Calabrians deserve it.”
