The senator Costanzo della Porta (FdI) has presented an amendment for the renovation of Molise properties to the Superbonus Law Decree. This amendment aims to extend the 110% benefits also to the municipalities of Molise affected by the 2018 earthquake, thus guaranteeing precious support for the reconstruction and relaunch of the areas devastated by the earthquake.
Senator della Porta explained that this move had been anticipated and carefully prepared. He declared: “As I had anticipated, I presented an amendment to SENATE act 1092 concerning the conversion into law of the Legislative Decree relating to the super bonus to extend the exemption regarding the benefits provided by the 110% legislation also to the municipalities of Molise affected from the 2018 earthquake.”
It is important to underline that this amendment was not the result of a sudden decision, but was the result of in-depth preliminary work with the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). This work has ensured adequate coverage, ensuring that damaged properties in the Molise region can fully benefit from the tax benefits provided by the legislation.
The extension of the benefits of the Superbonus to Molise represents a significant step towards the reconstruction and support of the populations affected by the 2018 earthquake. Now it is up to Parliament to evaluate and approve this amendment, thus demonstrating concrete attention towards the needs of the earthquake-stricken communities and a tangible commitment to their recovery and rebirth.
