Superbonus, Della Porta: “Save Molise amendment presented”

ROME. The amendment on the Superbonus aimed at the post-earthquake in lower Molise was presented.

The relationship established in the area with friends and fellow municipal administrators has led the senator of Fratelli d’Italia, Costanzo Della Porta, to accept the requests coming from the mayors of the Crater of the 2018 earthquake, who need tools such as the Superbonus to fully start the reconstruction work in the 21 municipalities involved. For this reason, last March 29, Senator Della Porta took a position: «While understanding the Government’s reasons regarding the need and urgency to provide further and even more incisive measures for the protection of public finances in the sector of tax breaks relating to construction and energy efficiency, also by reviewing the regulations relating to the method of transfer of credits and invoice discounts in place of tax deductions, in order to protect the territory of the Molise Region hit by the 2018 earthquake, I will take action to ensure that the decree law is modified during the parliamentary conversion process which will begin by the Senate of the Republic. And this is to guarantee that the Molise municipalities also receive the same benefits as the municipalities of central Italy.”

Not even 4 weeks had passed, the commitment was respected: «As I had anticipated, I presented an amendment to the “Senate 1092″ act concerning the conversion into law of the Legislative Decree relating to the super bonus to extend the exemption regarding the benefits provided by the legislation of 110% also applies to the municipalities of Molise affected by the 2018 earthquake. The amendment, first signed by the undersigned, was preceded by preliminary work with the Mef to guarantee adequate coverage to also allow damaged properties in our region to take advantage of the tax benefits of the legislation in question and is part of the exception to the blocking of the discount on the invoice of the transfer of credit for interventions carried out in the municipalities of the territories affected by seismic events, resolving the unequal treatment that penalizes the Molise region”.
