TREVISO – Boos for Carlo Nordio’s speech on April 25th in Piazza dei Signori in Treviso: «We have sworn on the Constitution, therefore we are anti-fascists. It’s obvious that we are.” This sentence was enough to unleash volleys of whistles at the Minister of Justice, which stopped and then continued. Nordio also specified that «Wars are almost never started by liberal democracies, in fact the Second World War was triggered by the wicked pact between Hitler and Stalin», he said, giving rise to the protests.

But this is a rhetorical question because having sworn loyalty on the Constitution, which is anti-fascist, it is clear that we are too.”
