Parma, 6 May 2024 – It is renewed the agreement between the Municipality and the University of Parma to continue the shared project of the Permanent Legality Observatory for the year 2023-2024.
The project continues in the wake of dissemination activities on the topic of environmental crime, placing the renewed discipline of public procurement at the center of the research activities, with particular attention to Green Public Procurement and the implementation of the regulation of Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM). Seminars, training meetings for students, young graduates and training courses dedicated to Municipality employees are planned.
The program involves the involvement of the Department of Public Works and Legality of the Municipality of Parma.
In line with the agreement, Friday 31 May at 9.30am at the Governor’s Palace the conference will be held Public demand is a driver of the ecological transition. Green procurement and environmental legality, aimed at professionals, teachers and management staff of the University and the Municipality of Parma. The day of work will be dedicated to the topic of green procurement and the implementation of CAM in light of the new public contract code. The conference is divided into a theoretical reflection part in the morning, followed by a round table.
The event also represents an opportunity to present the collective work Legality paths in the new public contracts edited by Monica CocconiScientific Director of the Observatory, published by Franco Angeli with a preface by the Councilor for Public Works and Legality Francesco De Vanna. The volume constitutes an in-depth analysis of the proceedings of the conference of 14 April 2023 on “Legality and transparency in the public procurement system in the times of the PNRR”.
