With a break-even between revenue and expenses of 70,363,269 euros and an administrative result of 11,066,777 euros. A budget, the one approved, which sees over 55 million euros of “revolving shares” linked to the Consortium’s role as leader of the “Adige BIM common fund” and to the participation in the management of the added fees. The representation of the aggregate data presented constituting the report shows a solid Consortium with a stable balance and management.

“2023 is certainly the year of strengthening the Consortium’s commitment to the Municipalities.

I deliberately start from the Municipalities for a simple reason: all the choices of this Board are based on a priority attention to the territory and to you Municipalities”; this is the beginning of the report by the president of the Consortium, Michele Bontempelliwhich presented the main results achieved by the Consortium to the Assembly.

PROJECT SUPPORT – Starting from the resources guaranteed to the Municipalities, the president Bontempelli he focused on the projects that involved the in 2023 Consortium: from the “Sova” project, now a consolidated synergy with the Provinceto the project “photovoltaic for families” to arrive at the new “stove project”, the expression of a new synergy between the local Bim and the Province. The President underlined that “These experiences are making us understand something fundamental: BIMs are important for Municipalities and can strengthen their contribution to the territory by opening up to the territory itself, while maintaining its own identity. Looking at that “proactive and autonomous approach” that we have explained in our vision is the key to strengthening the identity of our Consortium”.

Of particular interest to Common consortium members was the theme of the “water incentive”, an element characterizing the extraordinary plan 2024. The Consortium, acting as the bearer of requests coming from the Municipalities themselves, will make further information available to its own Municipalities 5 million euros for efficiency improvements to the local water network. This is a commitment strongly supported by the entire Board of Directors and which the Consortium hopes will be a signal, albeit small and limited, to stimulate the territorial system to further reflect on the topic.

The president he then focused on the topic CER – renewable energy communities – which with the publication at the end of 2023 of the MASE implementing decree and the opening of the PNNR-GSE tender a few days ago is finally taking on a concrete structure of interest for the territory represented by the Consortium. An opportunity, as the president defined it that “it brings with it tangible elements of innovation, which should not be overlooked, but also complexity. As a Consortium we will try to be as close to you as possible, guaranteeing the necessary support.” A reflection on the methods and times of use of the resources made available to the Municipalities then closed the meeting.
