Piroxy Cosenza celebrated their mathematical salvation in Serie A with a party involving the team, staff and sponsors and which was held last night in the splendid location of Villa Pergamena in Mendicino (CS).
The evening was kicked off by Vice President Gaetano Piro, accompanied by President Eugenio Piro, with a speech focused on the balance of the season that is coming to an end and on future objectives: “From 2 June 2023, the day of promotion to Serie A, the new course of Piroxy Cosenza began. The prerogative was to immediately put Mr. Tuoto in a position to have a team capable of remaining in the top category. We therefore did everything we could to make this happen, even making corrections during construction. The car was ready, perhaps some horsepower was missing to be added so that it could keep up with the pace of the others and this was then done in the repair market. The arrival of the various Scalambretti, Pelezinho, Chilelli, Titon and Carlitos gave us a big hand. Tonight is everyone’s party. We already have our eye on next season. Future goals? Save ourselves by trying to raise the bar. My dream would be to be able to get into the playoffs“.
