European elections, Fratelli d’Italia first party with 27.2% support: the survey

Fratelli d’Italia firmly confirms itself as the first party in the country with 27.2% of the vote, an increase of 0.3% compared to the last survey on 8 April. This is according to a survey dated April 24th carried out by Euromedia Research for Porta a Porta in view of the next European elections. In second place we find the Democratic Party with 20.3% (+0.6%) followed by the 5 Star Movement which drops to 16.8% after losing 0.8% since the last survey. In the following positions Euromedia Research places the other two main parties of the centre-right coalition: Forza Italia and Lega Salvini as Prime Minister, at 8.7 and 8.5% respectively. The United States of Europe list is given 4.4%, while the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra-Green Europe-Italian Left is given 4%. Below the threshold of 4% necessary for entry into the European Parliament there are Action (3.8%), Cateno De Luca’s Libertà list (2.5%), Pace Terra Dignità (2%), other parties (1.8%). The undecided or abstentions are 38.5%.
