Pirelli has made the selection of compounds for the Emilia-Romagna, Monaco and Canadian Grands Prix official on its official website, keeping the choice unchanged compared to last year. The Formula 1 teams will use the C3 compounds as P Zero White hard, C4 as P Zero Yellow medium and C5 as P Zero Red soft for all three races. This decision follows continuity, given that the characteristics of the compounds have not undergone changes from the previous year.

Analysis of Match Strategies and Impact on Performance

The Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix will see a potential strategic change with the adoption of the softer set of compounds, which was not tested last year due to the event being canceled due to flooding. This choice could offer a wider range of strategic options on a track where overtaking is difficult. As for Monaco and Montreal, the two street circuits known for their smooth asphalt, the selection of the softest compounds aims to optimize performance in the specific conditions of these tracks, continuing a well-established tradition in Pirelli strategies.
